CONSULTATION AND STRATEGY SESSIONS

In most situations, clients will initially choose to have one of the firm’s attorneys review the order they are considering appealing and then discuss all available options through a Consultation & Strategy Session which can be conducted in person, over the phone, or through a video-conference.  Some clients will also have an attorney review the transcript of their trial/hearing as part of the Consultation & Strategy Session.

The Consultation & Strategy Session is a useful service to help determine whether or not it is worth appealing the judge’s ruling in your case.  As explained in more detail on the firm’s pricing page, the firm charges a fee of $250 for a Consultation and Strategy Session that includes reviewing the ruling that you want to appeal and then discussing the order and the strategy for moving forward with your case.  The firm also offers a more comprehensive review whereby we analyze the pleadings and transcript of your case in addition to the court’s ruling.  The price for this more comprehensive review and strategy session starts at $1,250 and depends on the length of the hearing at the trial court level.
